SPEAKER: Larry Krackle
Larry Krackle, our speaker for our March meeting, is an author, artist, illustrator, photographer, and landscape designer. He says, “I was born with a pencil in my hand--must be why I like drawing, writing, and painting.” Raised on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State, Larry Krackle hiked and hunted in the vast forests. He is an avid outdoors man who began exploring early in his childhood. He has backpacked more than one thousand miles in twenty states and several foreign countries. Humorous events while tromping through the woods and floating down rivers inspired him to write and publish books. Each one contains over a dozen of his illustrations and short stories embellished into fictional accounts. He is a member of Fireside Storytelling League and speaks at local functions. Larry has his own website and can be found on Facebook. We look forward to a fun and entertaining program.
